Is Storia really free?
Yes. The editor, writing goals, find & replace, read-aloud and every export are free forever. Storyx, the AI co-writer, includes 60 free requests with your account; after that, Storia Pro unlocks unlimited AI help for €4.99 / month.
Where are my stories saved?
In your private Storia account, so you can start a chapter on your laptop and finish it on your phone. A copy also stays on each device you use, so you can keep writing offline. Nobody else can read them, and only the passage you ask Storyx to work on is sent to the AI. Delete your account anytime and your stories go with it.
I forgot my password — what now?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and we’ll email you a secure link to choose a new one. It works for one hour.
What counts as one AI use?
Each time you ask Storyx something — a chat message, a quick action like Enhance or Continue, or an image-to-scene passage. Background tips in the side panel are free.
How do I activate Pro?
Subscribe on Gumroad, copy the license key from your receipt e-mail, then open Storia and click “Go Pro” → paste the key → Activate. Pro is tied to your account, so it works on every device you log in on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription from your Gumroad library. Your stories stay yours whatever you decide.
I used the old Storia — where are my stories?
Still safe in the browser you used. Open Storia in that same browser and log in or create a free account — Storia finds your previous stories and offers to add them to your account. Wrote on another device? Use its Export, then “Backup & old data” → restore; old .txt and .md exports work too.
